Notification of the Single Point of Contact for Online Platforms and Account Activation for Complaint Management under Article 21 of the DSA

Online platforms subject to Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) must provide a single point of contact that allows for direct and rapid electronic communication.

By providing the single point of contact and activating the account, online platforms can monitor and manage out-of-court dispute resolution procedures submitted to ADR Center.

We will review the request and respond to the email provided as the single point of contact with the steps for account activation. For any clarifications, you can contact us at ods@adrcenter.com.
