When submitting a complaint, users are required to pay a nominal fee of € 10.
This fee covers the initiation and administration of the entire procedure. If the decision favors the user, the online platform will refund the service fee as well as any other documented, reasonable, and necessary costs incurred for legal protection.
Conversely, if the decision favors the online platform, users are not required to reimburse expenses unless they have acted in bad faith.
